We believe strongly in the quality of British produce. Using the multi-award winning and internationally renowned butchers: Aubrey Allen, we have a real focus and a genuine passion on quality, ethically sourced cuts of meat . Ensuring a close relationship with our farmers and suppliers is something we are proud to champion.

We started BOTB in early 2019. Inspired by great British produce and the street food industry. Our goal is simple: to provide the most affordable, quality plate of steak and chips around. We like to keep things simple and ensure every dish is as good as the last.

Within just a year, word has spread quick about our food. We actively work alongside Digbeth Dining Club and hold a long term permanent residency with Baltic Market in Liverpool. We’ve also worked with the likes of Primark, Silverstone, McCains, The British Grand Prix, Aston Villa and Cheltenham Races on some of their private and public facing shows.
